Job Info –
- Provide project management support across key HR systems and processes
- Support operating rhythm & scorecards, including input into intake process and prioritization
- Support project execution: create project plans and perform assigned tasks, including documenting requirements, assisting with testing & training, as required as well as monitor & report on progress
- Coordinate cross functional support with internal teams and suppliers
- Drive increased productivity and compliance through elaborating on proposals for process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned area (s)
- Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by providing “Best in Class” customer service and advise on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses and HR partners
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and GE policy requirements
- Develop effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication
- Continuously build and share area of expertise; keep current with internal and external updates and changes
- Provide ad-hoc operational support for assigned process
- Continuously learn the needs of our key personas, existing products and services in People Operations
- Study effectiveness of one or more chatbot(s) to identify areas of improvements in conversational flows with users
- Support build of new skills, intents, entities and conversation flows based on user requirements
- Use chatbot data like failures, deflection rate and confidence levels to identify training needs for chatbot
- Review sample conversational flows, customer utterances, chatbot responses and capture areas of improvement
- Alter conversations flows in conjunction with conversational architect
- Add new utterances, synonyms to existing and new intents to train the chatbot
- Align utterances to intents where the confidence levels are low to enable chatbot learning
- Partner with Tier 1 team leads and data science teams to understand what intents/utterances need to be added
- Conduct independent research through user interviews, participatory workshops, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Identify trends and prioritized actionable items from user research
- Develop recommendations on how problems/goals discovered in research can potentially
- Communicate user research findings with cross functional partners to drive impact.
- Advocate priority findings that will drive the most value add for our users
- Work with UX and development towards building recommendations that will help meet user pain points/goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant work experience).
Characteristics:
- Previous experience in HR Operations, Virtual Assistants/Chatbots and/or User Experience (UX) Research preferred
- Strong customer service focus, with the ability to anticipate customer needs with a high level of responsiveness
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team environment
- Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality
- Passion for continuous process improvement and simplification
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
- Demonstrated organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in local language and English
- Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
