• We are required USA Customer Sales executive, preferably who have worked previously into the USA based tele sales calling company.
• Candidate must have good system and active internet at home (preferably wired broadband)
• Shift: 8 Pm to 5 Am (fully work from home & fully monitored 9 hours)
• Week off: 2nd & 4th Saturday & all Sundays
• Work Profile:
• Need to do cold calling to USA & Canadian based candidates and offer them the job assistance package over the call
• Need to source candidates from various job portals like linkedin.com, facebook.com or other job portals
• Need to do follow ups with them at regular intervals
• Need to close the targets on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• 80 % to 90% calling work & 10 to 20 % PC based marketing work
• Need to make report and submit it on daily, weekly & monthly basis
