Full Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our elite team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the overall well-being of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and strategize for effective talent acquisition.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and compliance requirements.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Additional Requirements:
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
