Full Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Franchise Effectiveness:
    • Provide pre-service and in-service training for all partners.
    • Conduct Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP), and Teacher training.
    • Build strong rapport with partners, offering support in the implementation of key initiatives and compliance.
    • Conduct training for EuroKids Centers in India and International Markets.
    • Assist in hiring franchise staff.
  2. Academic Excellence:
    • Ensure regular training at franchise and cluster levels.
    • Measure and improve satisfaction levels of internal and external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops, or any other Parent Interactive sessions.
    • Conduct teacher workshops, provide teacher observation reports, and offer feedback for class observation.
    • Collaborate in the planning, designing, and implementation of teaching modules.
    • Undertake quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum.
    • Coordinate with the special needs department to support teachers in delivering successful sessions.

Experience and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Female Candidates only.
  • Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained / Nursery Teacher Training.
  • 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience.
  • High computer literacy with a demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the learning environment and teaching methodology.
  • Current knowledge of industry practices, trends, and issues.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Desirable:

  • Highly developed organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
