Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Resolution Expert to join our team. As a Resolution Expert, you will play a critical role in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts and offs.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide effective resolutions to customer issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Undergraduates and graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Self-motivated with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Availability to work 6 days a week, including rotational shifts and offs.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have a stable internet connection with the following system configuration:
    • Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent.
    • RAM: 8GB.
    • Internet Speed: Minimum 25Mbps download and 25Mbps upload.
    • USB Headset.
    • Webcam.
    • Battery Backup (optional for laptop users but mandatory for desktop users).
