Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated Resolution Expert to join our team. As a Resolution Expert, you will play a critical role in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts and offs.
Responsibilities
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide effective resolutions to customer issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. Undergraduates and graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
- Self-motivated with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Availability to work 6 days a week, including rotational shifts and offs.

- Must have a stable internet connection with the following system configuration:
- Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent.
- RAM: 8GB.
- Internet Speed: Minimum 25Mbps download and 25Mbps upload.
- USB Headset.
- Webcam.
- Battery Backup (optional for laptop users but mandatory for desktop users).
