Job Responsibilities:
As a part of the Swiss Financial Reporting & Analysis Team, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Preparing reports on financial performance for regular leadership reviews.
- Assuming responsibility for various engagement management activities.
- Preparing recurring Management information presentations for different Leadership groups.
- Supporting in day-to-day delivery of standard Reporting tasks (such as monitoring/chasing missing timesheets or client revenue analysis) using SAP and Analysis for Office.
- Assisting in the Monthly-, Quarterly-, and Annual closing activities as well as the annual budgeting and planning process.
- Providing balance sheet control support and cost variance analysis.
- Conducting various ad-hoc reporting activities for a wide group of stakeholders across different topics.
- Collaborating with the Financial controller for specific service Line and participating in quarterly and monthly meetings with Partners to work on open subjects.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree/master degree with a Finance background.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in reporting and financial analysis.
- Strong foundation in financial analysis.
- Knowledge in financial reporting (Revenue, Cost, Utilization, etc.).
- Goal-oriented and high-quality working style.
- Proficient English language skills (both in speaking and writing).
- Good knowledge in MS Office.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of BPC/Analysis for Office/SAP will be given additional advantage.
- Working knowledge of a Finance ERP (S4 Hana).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
