Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to US-based candidates, effectively screening them for client’s hiring requirements.
- Utilize call-in tool to record outcomes of calls, providing accurate and timely information.
- Motivate candidates to complete job applications and assist with scheduling and rescheduling their first day of work, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Review application forms to ensure all details are accurately filled out by candidates.
- Handle inbound calls and promptly resolve candidates’ queries, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Respond to candidates’ queries via email and text, providing clear and concise information.
- Resolve queries using a ticketing platform, with knowledge of ServiceNow considered an advantage.
- Maintain a quality score of 90% and above throughout the process, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Escalate complex issues or problems and seek guidance when necessary.
- Establish and maintain process controls, updating and validating process documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, suggesting ideas to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control measures.
- Actively participate in team building activities, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Safeguard the security and confidentiality of client data, adhering to data protection policies and guidelines.
- Strive for customer satisfaction, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficient in English language (both verbal and written communication skills).
- Previous experience in a customer support role or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve queries.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms and knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
