Role:

As a Virtual Tech Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing IT support and ensuring excellent customer service to our clients. You will work remotely, leveraging your technical expertise to drive B2B sales and provide technical assistance to customers. This role falls under the IT Support – Other category and is a vital part of our IT & Information Security department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, targeting potential clients through effective lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Utilize your knowledge of data structures, RFID, and hardware sales to recommend suitable products and solutions to clients.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends and advancements, continuously expanding your knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and project management, to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and participate in business development activities to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, Electrical, or B.Sc in Computers.
  • Master’s degree (M.Tech/MCA) in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, Electrical, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, technical support, IT management, or corporate sales.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, RFID, and hardware sales.
  • Proficient in IT and technical sales, with a solid understanding of IT industry trends.
  • Experience in delivery management, program management, and project management is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
