Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Account Management:
    • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and goals.
  2. Interpersonal Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
  3. Partnership Development:
    • Initiate and conduct outreach efforts to establish and strengthen partnerships.
    • Collaborate with tour operators, travel agents, and key account hospitality properties.
  4. Key Account Management:
    • Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow key accounts.
  5. Franchise Development:
    • Explore opportunities for franchise development in the assigned territory.
    • Implement effective strategies for expanding the brand through franchise partnerships.
  6. Data Analysis:
    • Demonstrate the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
    • Make data-driven decisions to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.
