Job Responsibilities:

- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
- Partnership Development:
- Initiate and conduct outreach efforts to establish and strengthen partnerships.
- Collaborate with tour operators, travel agents, and key account hospitality properties.
- Key Account Management:
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow key accounts.
- Franchise Development:
- Explore opportunities for franchise development in the assigned territory.
- Implement effective strategies for expanding the brand through franchise partnerships.
- Data Analysis:
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Make data-driven decisions to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.
