Key Responsibilities:
- HR Policies and Programs:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
- Employee Relations:
- Manage and enhance employee relations, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Address employee concerns and grievances effectively.
- Recruitment:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
- Training and Development:
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems to track and evaluate employee performance.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement and career development.
- HR Compliance:
- Ensure HR processes align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly update policies to reflect changes in employment laws.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
