- Software Installation:
- Install and configure software applications as per user requirements.
- ERP Portal Knowledge:
- Possess knowledge of any ERP portal for effective support and troubleshooting.
- IT Support:
- Provide general IT support to address a variety of technical concerns.
Qualifications:
- Experience in desktop support, with 0.6 – 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with software installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of any ERP portal is preferred.
- Strong IT support skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
