SAP CRM Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional level support of the SAP Customer Relationship Management Module in the areas of system operations,
maintenance, timely incident and resolution management and SAP CRM enhancements which includes design, coding, testing,
quality assurance and production support activities of the implemented software features.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge Required:
University degree or equivalent recognized business operations experience Four (4) to six (6) years of experience in SAP CRM
Functional SAP CRM experience is required .
Knowledge of SAP ERP applications or object-oriented analysis, design, and integration

excellent communication skills and team-oriented player Intercultural experience
Very good spoken and written English skills.
Technical know-how & experience:
Experience of working in at least 3 to 5 end-to-end SAP Implementation projects and support projects.
Very good understanding of SAP CRM 7.0 (Ehp1/2/3/4) and related architecture, Web UI concepts.
Strong experience in SAP CRM Sales, Marketing, and Service modules.
Good knowledge and experience of working on integrated SAP End to End implementation,
cross module process flows involving SAP modules like Order-To-Cash (SD),
FI , CO, Procure-To-Pay, PLTP ,
HR etc.SAP CRM ABAP ,
SAP CRM WEB UI , GenIL/BOL Programming,
SAP CRM Middleware Setup and Troubleshooting.
