LOCATION: Hyderabad – India
ONSITE: This role requires the student to work from the LOCATION office throughout the duration of the Co-op/Intern term. First time Co-ops/Interns should work full-time and onsite.
PROGRAM TERM:
- This is for One Year TERM
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Gain knowledge current productivity and collaboration Tools
- Work With Sr. Colllaboration team members
- Follow document process for resolving customer tickets
- Work with vendors and Sr. team members to resolve complex issues
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic knowledge of networking, Operations Systmes and Web technologies
- Basic knowledge of MS office and Mobile Apps
- Good Communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Quick learner and able to follow document processes
WHAT WOULD SET YOU APART:
- Infomation system Coursework – Networking, Operating systems
- Some knowledge of Collaboration tools – MS office, Slack, MS teams, One Drive
- Good communication skills
