Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing Business Targets for the Given Stores:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for assigned stores.
- Monitor and analyze day-to-day business performance.
- Day-to-Day Business Analysis and Competitor Tracking:
- Conduct regular analysis of daily sales performance.
- Keep track of competitors’ activities and market trends.
- Stock Allocation as per Sales Throughput:
- Ensure optimal stock levels in stores based on sales trends.
- Collaborate with relevant teams for efficient stock management.
- Payment Follow-up:
- Monitor and follow up on payment collections.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure timely payments.
- Regular Meetings with Franchisee:
- Conduct regular meetings with franchisees to address concerns and align on business strategies.
- Visual Merchandising (VM) and Upkeep of the Stores:
- Oversee visual merchandising activities for an appealing in-store experience.
- Ensure stores are well-maintained with proper hygiene standards.
- In-depth Knowledge on MS Word/Excel and PowerPoint:
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively for reporting and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
