Associate Tech Specialist

As an Associate Tech Specialist in our SAP Finance team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients business processes and providing expert guidance in SAP.

Position Overview:

As an SAP Finance Consultant at Tech Mahindra, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients success. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FI and SAP CO, with a strong focus on product costing (actual costing). Your expertise should extend to Group Reporting, intercompany elimination, and bank reconciliation with bank connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and roles, authorizations.
• Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of FI-GL, FI-Banking (including connectivity with banks), FI-AA, FI-AP, and FI-AR.
• Collaborate with Board, PowerBI, and/or Cadency for enhanced reporting (experience in any is a bonus).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes in SAP.
• Provide advisory services on best practices in SAP.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• MCom, Chartered Accountancy degree, Cost and Management Accountancy degree (CWA), or Master in Business Administration (Finance).
• Certification in Finance SAP S/4HANA.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of SAP FI experience.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP CO experience, including product costing (actual costing).
• Proficient in Group Reporting and intercompany elimination.
• Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation with bank connectivity.
• Familiarity with Board, PowerBI, and/or Cadency is an added bonus.

This position offers flexibility, and the candidate can work from any Tech Mahindra location in India.
