As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent customer service, addressing queries, and providing technical assistance. Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, primarily through phone communication.
- Identify customer needs and guide them in utilizing specific features effectively.
- Update our internal databases with detailed information on technical issues and valuable customer interactions.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media platforms and proactively offer assistance to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds.
- Keep customers informed about new features and functionalities.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, and communicate insights to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role.
- Familiarity with the banking, telecom, or related industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Patience and composure when handling challenging customer cases.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline or equivalent.
- Fluent English communication skills are essential.
- 0 to 8 years of experience in Customer Support or any international BPO.
- Previous experience in the customer service industry will be advantageous.
- Openness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts as required.
- Candidates with backlogs or arrears in their degree are not eligible.
