As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent customer service, addressing queries, and providing technical assistance. Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, primarily through phone communication.
  • Identify customer needs and guide them in utilizing specific features effectively.
  • Update our internal databases with detailed information on technical issues and valuable customer interactions.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media platforms and proactively offer assistance to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds.
  • Keep customers informed about new features and functionalities.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, and communicate insights to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Familiarity with the banking, telecom, or related industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and their functionality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Patience and composure when handling challenging customer cases.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline or equivalent.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential.
  • 0 to 8 years of experience in Customer Support or any international BPO.
  • Previous experience in the customer service industry will be advantageous.
  • Openness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts as required.
  • Candidates with backlogs or arrears in their degree are not eligible.
