- Collaborate with team members to share valuable insights, including feature requests and effective workarounds.
- Educate customers about new features and functionalities, providing them with the necessary information to maximize product utilization.
- Ensure the resolution of technical issues by following up with customers and confirming their satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar Customer Service role.
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
