- Contract Management:
- Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts.

- M&A and Fund-Raising:
- Provide legal advice on corporate M&A transactions and fund-raising activities.
- Handle acquisitions, joint ventures, and transactions involving foreign direct investment (FDI).
- Debt/Financing Documents:
- Review and draft debt/financing documents, assessing legal implications.
- Handle loan agreements, security trustee deeds, deeds of hypothecation, indentures of mortgage, corporate guarantees, sponsor support, promoter undertakings, and ISDA agreements.
- Intellectual Property:
- Manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio.
- Legal Compliance:
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in laws, regulations, and policies.
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
- External Liaison:
- Collaborate with external consultants or law firms on routine legal matters.
- Stay informed about legal decisions and regulatory issues related to renewable energy project development.
- General Legal Support:
- Provide general legal support to various functions within the organization.

Candidate’s Profile:
- Education and Experience:
- B.A L.L.B from an accredited law school in India.
- 5-6 years of experience in corporate law.
- Prior experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel in the Energy sector.
- Legal Knowledge:
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including Companies Act, FEMA, and Energy sector regulations.
- Skills and Attributes:
