Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Key Account Management:
   • Responsible for acquiring new clients and managing key accounts.
   • Generate revenue through effective business development strategies.
2. Lead Acquisition and Conversion:
   • Drive the acquisition and conversion of localization work, including Subtitle and Dubbing services, as well as DI/Post Services.
3. Client Relationship Management:
   • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
   • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
4. Competition Analysis and Strategy Building:
   • Conduct thorough analysis of the market and competitors.
   • Develop strategic plans to stay ahead in the industry.
5. Client Meetings and Revenue Generation:
   • Conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
   • Work towards continuous revenue generation and meeting sales targets.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
   • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, client interactions, and revenue generated.
   • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
