Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, design, and deliver medium to larger architectures, strategies, and specific solutions through the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality and complex technology projects.
Work as part of a larger project team, collaborating with business partners and technology teams to ensure that test plans encompass both functional and non-functional requirements.
Design and develop the test approach, test plan, and test schedule to effectively validate technology projects on both functional requirements and technical specifications.
Contribute to the development and implementation of ServiceNow VRM (Vulnerability Response Management) solutions.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including system, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and cases.
Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.
