3. User Engagement: Respond to user inquiries and concerns related to content moderation in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support and Engineering, to improve moderation processes and tools.
5. Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on moderation activities, identifying trends and insights to improve content quality.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on evolving spam and online content trends to effectively combat emerging issues.
