• Provide exceptional technical support to Zoho clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical support, preferably in a software or IT environment.
• Strong proficiency in understanding and troubleshooting software applications.
