  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
