RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide assistance and resolve customer concerns with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
